They come to us looking for a total solution for every IT need including computer and network support, adds, moves and changes, software deployment and break/fix issues. We our clients by developing an IT strategy for their company, implementing that strategy, and then providing a complete outsourced IT management team both onsite and remotely.
Our typical arrangement with the companies we serve ranges from 2 hours a month to 10 hours a week and beyond. We can customize a program that fits your needs and budget.
Filling the Gaps: Often our small business partners will hit a major stage of growth, even expanding to the point of having an internal IT staff. Because of the wide spectrum and depth of our service offerings we are able to "fill the gaps" of their internal team, allowing them to focus on their own areas of strength.
Outsourced Projects: Many of our projects are simple, turn-key solutions to a targeted business need. We support a specific project as it gets off the ground, handing over the reins of the project to internal IT staffers after the project hits its stride.
